Vegan No-Bake Brownies with Dates Nuts

These vegan no-bake brownies combine natural sweetness from dates with crunchy nuts for a healthy, delicious treat that’s perfect anytime.

  • 1 1/2 cups pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine dates, walnuts, and almonds; pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt; process until mixture starts to stick together.
  3. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  4. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For extra richness, sprinkle some shredded coconut or sea salt flakes on top before chilling.
