  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Optional: Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Roll the dough into a long rope, about 1 inch thick.
  5. Cut the rope into small, bite-sized pieces.
  6. Place the pretzel bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
