This easy Turkey Crockpot Stuffing recipe is the perfect hands-off side dish for your Thanksgiving or holiday meal. Packed with savory flavors and tender turkey, it’s a delicious and convenient alternative to oven-baked stuffing.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) package seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground turkey over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onion and celery in olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in sage, thyme, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey mixture, stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 6-quart slow cooker.
  6. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, or until stuffing is heated through and tender.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some dried cranberries or chopped walnuts to the stuffing mixture.
