  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
