tiramisu chia pudding

Delicious Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Enjoy the classic flavors of tiramisu in a healthy and convenient chia seed pudding! This no-bake dessert is perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: shaved chocolate, cocoa powder, coffee beans

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, almond milk, cooled coffee, mascarpone cheese (or yogurt), cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  3. Cover the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
  4. Before serving, stir the pudding again. If it’s too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
  5. Divide the pudding into serving bowls or glasses.
  6. Garnish with shaved chocolate, cocoa powder, or coffee beans, if desired.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee. You can also add a splash of coffee liqueur for an extra kick (adults only!).
