  • 1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the diced fresh strawberries gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Using a spoon or your hands, scoop small portions of the cheesecake mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Brush each ball lightly with melted butter to help the coating stick.
  6. Roll each ball in the cereal mixture until fully coated and crunchy.
