Irresistible Smores Pie

This S’mores Pie brings the campfire favorite indoors! A graham cracker crust, rich chocolate filling, and toasted marshmallow topping create the ultimate dessert indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour chocolate filling into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown and toasted, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs before serving.
