Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Use a 4-inch round cookie cutter to cut out circles.
  3. In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chocolate mixture in the center of half of the pie crust circles.
  5. Top with the remaining pie crust circles, gently pressing the edges to seal. Crimp the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the top of each hand pie with beaten egg and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  7. Cut a small slit in the top of each pie to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, dust the warm hand pies with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate.
