  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (about 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup halved red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, grapes, red onion, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
