This Roasted Garlic Spinach Flatbread combines crispy flatbread with the rich flavor of roasted garlic, fresh spinach, and melted cheese for a delicious and easy-to-make meal or snack.

  • 1 flatbread (8-10 inches)
  • 4 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil evenly.
  3. Spread the mashed roasted garlic over the flatbread.
  4. Top with chopped spinach and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbread edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, drizzle balsamic glaze over the flatbread just before serving.
