Ranch Taco Party Bowl

This Ranch Taco Party Bowl combines zesty ranch flavors with classic taco ingredients for a vibrant, crowd-pleasing meal perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes until well combined.
  3. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice as the base.
  4. Top rice with seasoned beef, black beans, and corn kernels.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar, and black olives evenly over the bowl.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and garnish with green onions and diced avocado.
  7. Season with salt and pepper as desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add jalapeño slices or a drizzle of hot sauce. This bowl is also delicious served with tortilla chips on the side.
