This Potsticker Soup transforms frozen potstickers into a comforting and flavorful meal. It’s a quick and easy dinner solution that’s ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen potstickers
  • 2 cups chopped bok choy
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Bring to a boil.
  3. Add frozen potstickers, bok choy, and mushrooms to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until potstickers are cooked through and bok choy is tender.
  4. Ladle soup into bowls. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of toasted sesame oil at the end. You can also customize the vegetables based on your preference.
