Pistachio Chocolate Bark

Delight in the rich, crunchy combination of creamy chocolate and toasted pistachios in this easy-to-make Pistachio Chocolate Bark, perfect for gifting or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 100g shelled pistachios, toasted
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Sprinkle the toasted pistachios evenly over the chocolate while it is still melted.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle sea salt flakes over the top for added flavor.
  6. Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

For a festive twist, add dried cranberries or drizzle with white chocolate before setting.
