  • 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies

  1. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, crisp rice cereal, Cool Whip, and peppermint extract; gently mix until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press firmly into an even layer.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour melted white chocolate over the candy layer and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
