Peanut Butter Balls with Rice Krispies

Delicious no-bake peanut butter balls combined with crispy Rice Krispies for a sweet and crunchy treat that’s perfect as a snack or dessert.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats and Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  4. If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips for extra flavor.
  5. Using your hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

For a richer taste, drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter balls before chilling, or roll them in crushed nuts for added texture.
