Oven baked snow crab legs are a simple and delicious seafood dish featuring tender, flavorful crab legs baked to perfection with garlic butter and herbs.

  • 2 pounds snow crab legs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the snow crab legs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Brush the crab legs generously with the garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
  5. Cover the crab legs loosely with aluminum foil to lock in steam.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
