- 1 cup orange candy melts
- 1/2 cup white candy melts
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (for piping)
- Parchment paper
- Basketball cookie stencil or thin artist brush
Instructions
- Melt the orange candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each OREO cookie halfway into the melted orange candy and place on parchment paper to set.
- Allow the orange coating to harden completely (about 15 minutes at room temperature or 5 minutes in the fridge).
- Melt the white candy melts separately and spoon into a piping bag to create the basketball lines if you prefer a thicker look.
- Use the white candy melts or dark chocolate chips melted and put into a piping bag or a thin brush to draw the basketball lines on each orange-coated cookie.
- Let the decorated cookies set completely before serving.
Notes
For extra fun, add a sprinkle of edible glitter or use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate for the basketball lines.
