No-Bake Red Velvet Snowball Truffles

Delightfully rich and festive, these No-Bake Red Velvet Snowball Truffles combine classic red velvet flavors with creamy cream cheese for an easy, bite-sized holiday treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box red velvet cake mix (dry)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen ball into the melted white chocolate, then return to the parchment paper.
  6. While the coating is still wet, sprinkle or dust each truffle with powdered sugar to resemble snowballs.
  7. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 1 hour or until the coating is set.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, add a few drops of red food coloring to the white chocolate before dipping to create a subtle pink hue.
