This No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie is a decadent dessert that requires minimal effort. With a creamy peanut butter filling and rich chocolate topping, it’s the perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Optional: chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip 1/2 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the remaining 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
  6. Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set completely.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts, if desired.

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor, try using a salted caramel sauce drizzled over the top before serving.
