No-Bake Brownies

Deliciously rich and fudgy no-bake brownies that require no oven and come together in minutes, perfect for a quick and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a square 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the dates and walnuts until finely chopped and starting to stick together.
  3. Add cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup; process until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
  4. If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips by hand.
  5. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before slicing into squares.

Notes

For extra texture, sprinkle chopped nuts or shredded coconut on top before refrigerating.
