  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from 1-2 lemons)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, maple syrup (if using), minced garlic (if using), salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
