Indulge in rich, fudgy Keto Brownies without the guilt! These low-carb treats are easy to make and satisfy your chocolate cravings.

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol (or other keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or other keto-friendly milk)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in almond milk and sugar-free chocolate chips (if using).
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
