jalapeño spinach artichoke dip

A spicy and creamy jalapeño spinach artichoke dip perfect for parties and snacking, combining fresh greens and tangy artichokes with a kick of heat.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, jalapeños, garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or sliced veggies.

Notes

For extra heat, leave some jalapeño seeds in or add a dash of cayenne pepper. Serve with toasted baguette slices for an elegant touch.
