This Jalapeno Popper Cheese Ball is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser! Creamy, cheesy, and with just the right amount of heat, it’s the perfect appetizer for any party.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces canned jalapenos, diced
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, jalapenos, bacon, green onions, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter.
  6. Serve with crackers or your favorite dippers.

Notes

For an extra kick, use pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar! You can also roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or more bacon bits for added texture and flavor.
