Instant Noodles with Egg Butter Garlic

A quick and flavorful dish combining instant noodles with creamy egg, rich butter, and aromatic garlic for a comforting meal ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant noodles
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the instant noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden, about 1 minute.
  4. Push the garlic to the side, crack the egg into the pan, and scramble gently until just set.
  5. Add the cooked noodles back into the pan and toss together with the egg and garlic butter mixture.
  6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped scallions if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of chili flakes or a splash of sesame oil before serving.
