1 box (18.3 ounces) brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on the box
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Orange and black gel food coloring
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Pour into the prepared pan.
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
Divide the cream cheese mixture into two bowls. Tint one bowl orange and the other black with gel food coloring.
Drop spoonfuls of the orange and black cream cheese mixtures randomly over the brownie batter.
Sprinkle the chopped Oreo cookies evenly over the top.
Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cream cheese mixtures together, creating a marbled effect.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
