Delicious Halloween No-Bake Icebox Cake

This easy Halloween No-Bake Icebox Cake is a spooky and delicious treat! Layers of chocolate wafers and creamy filling come together for a dessert that’s perfect for parties or a fun family activity.

  • 1 (14.3 ounce) package chocolate wafer cookies
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Orange and black sprinkles, for decorating
  • Candy eyeballs, for decorating

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  4. On a serving platter, arrange a layer of chocolate wafers.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the wafers.
  6. Repeat layers of wafers and cream cheese mixture, ending with a layer of cream cheese mixture.
  7. Decorate with orange and black sprinkles and candy eyeballs.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cookies to soften.
  9. Slice and serve.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle with chocolate syrup or add a layer of crushed chocolate cookies between the wafers.
