Greek Yogurt Jello Fluff

A light and creamy dessert combining the tangy richness of Greek yogurt with colorful, fruity Jello for a refreshing and healthy treat.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 package (3 oz) flavored Jello (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the Jello powder in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup cold water to the dissolved Jello and mix thoroughly.
  3. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes or until it starts to thicken but is not fully set.
  4. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt, mini marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and chopped nuts (if using) until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for an additional 2 hours or until fully set and fluffy.
  6. Serve chilled as a refreshing dessert or snack.

Notes

For extra flair, garnish with fresh fruit or a sprinkle of shredded coconut before serving.
