Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for coating
  • Crackers or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, goat cheese, and cheddar cheese. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the chopped parsley, chives, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap and form it into a ball shape. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheeseball to firm up.
  4. If using, place chopped pecans or walnuts in a shallow dish. Unwrap the chilled cheeseball and roll it in the nuts until fully coated.
  5. Serve the Garlic Herb Cheeseball with crackers or baguette slices. Enjoy!

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor, drizzle the cheeseball with a little olive oil before serving.
