Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Tender, juicy steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce make for an irresistible and easy-to-make dinner or appetizer.

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the steak bites in a single layer, cooking undisturbed for 2-3 minutes to develop a crust.
  4. Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if using, then serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with crusty bread to soak up the delicious garlic butter sauce or pair with roasted vegetables.
