  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and golden.
  5. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  6. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
  7. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  8. Season sauce with salt and pepper.
  9. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  10. Serve pasta topped with garlic butter chicken balls and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle some red pepper flakes over the pasta or add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
