Flourless Greek Yogurt Brownies

Deliciously rich and fudgy brownies made with Greek yogurt instead of flour, offering a healthier twist on a classic treat.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For extra richness, top with a sprinkle of sea salt or a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
