Golden Croissant Breakfast Sandwich

Start your day off right with these buttery and flaky Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches! Filled with your favorite breakfast staples, they’re quick, easy, and perfect for a delicious weekend brunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 croissants, split horizontally
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage patties
  • 4 large eggs, cooked to your liking (scrambled, fried, or poached)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: spinach, tomato slices, avocado

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush the inside of each croissant half with melted butter.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the croissants on a baking sheet.
  4. Top each bottom half with a slice of cheddar cheese, cooked bacon or sausage, and cooked egg.
  5. Add any optional toppings like spinach, tomato, or avocado.
  6. Place the top halves of the croissants on top of the fillings.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are warmed through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
