Crockpot Mac and Cheese Recipe

This creamy crockpot mac and cheese recipe is incredibly easy to make and perfect for potlucks or family gatherings. Simply toss the ingredients into your slow cooker and let it work its magic!

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Add the uncooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, evaporated milk, milk, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the macaroni is tender and the cheese is melted and creamy, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, try adding a block of cream cheese to the crockpot along with the other ingredients.
