  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 sandwich buns, split
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up breading station: Place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika in a third.
  3. Bread the chicken: Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally in the panko mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  5. Assemble the sandwiches: Spread Caesar dressing on both halves of each bun. Layer with Romaine lettuce, crispy chicken breast, and Parmesan cheese.
