  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Stack the tortillas on top of each other.
  5. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the stacked tortillas into bite-sized wedges.
