Homemade Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

This Cream Cheese Corn Casserole is a comforting and flavorful side dish, perfect for holidays or potlucks. It combines the sweetness of corn with the creamy richness of cream cheese for an irresistible taste.

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, softened cream cheese, melted butter, sour cream, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

Notes

For a richer flavor, try adding a can of creamed corn along with the whole kernel corn. You can also sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last few minutes of baking.
