Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

This vibrant Cranberry Jalapeño Dip combines tart cranberries with a spicy kick for a perfect party appetizer or festive snack.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine cranberries and jalapeño; pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in cream cheese, sour cream, honey, lime juice, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  3. Chill dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For an extra smoky flavor, try adding a small amount of chipotle powder or serve with smoked gouda cheese on the side.
