Delicious Homemade Cranberry Brie Bites

These Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect appetizer for holiday gatherings! Flaky puff pastry cups are filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, creating a delightful flavor combination.

  • 1 sheet (14.1 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  3. Unfold the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Using a 2-inch round cutter, cut out circles from the puff pastry.
  5. Gently press each circle into a mini muffin cup.
  6. Place a few cubes of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
  7. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  8. Brush the edges of the pastry with melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts, if desired.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  11. Let cool slightly in the muffin tin before transferring to a serving platter.
  12. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired. Serve warm.
