  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the lump crab meat and chopped parsley, careful not to break up the crab too much.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or oven-safe bowl.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or vegetable sticks.
