  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles, festive colors

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the sugar cookie dough and press it into a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp the edges to create a decorative crust.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled sugar cookie crust.
