  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • Red and green sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and crushed peppermint candies to the bowl. Mix until evenly distributed.
  4. If desired, stir in red and green sprinkles.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

For an extra festive touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the candy before chilling.
