Delicious Homemade Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball

This Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball is a fun and easy no-bake dessert perfect for parties or a quick treat. Creamy cheesecake filling is coated in chocolate chips for a sweet and satisfying bite.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for coating
  • Graham crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, remove the cheesecake mixture from the refrigerator and shape it into a ball.
  6. Place the remaining mini chocolate chips in a shallow dish. Roll the cheesecake ball in the chocolate chips until completely coated.
  7. Serve immediately with graham crackers, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a festive touch, roll the cheesecake ball in sprinkles instead of chocolate chips. You can also add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the cheesecake mixture for a chocolate cheesecake ball.
