Chicken with Boursin Sauce

This creamy Chicken with Boursin Sauce is a quick and easy weeknight dinner. Tender chicken breasts are smothered in a flavorful Boursin cheese sauce that’s ready in minutes!

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in Boursin cheese, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the Boursin sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over pasta, rice, or with a side of roasted vegetables for a complete meal. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
