Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad

A creamy and refreshing grape salad inspired by Chicken Salad Chick, combining sweet grapes with a smooth, tangy dressing perfect for any gathering or simple snack.

  • 4 cups seedless green grapes, washed and dried
  • 4 cups seedless red grapes, washed and dried
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Brown sugar for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the green and red grapes to the bowl and gently fold them into the cream cheese mixture until all grapes are well coated.
  3. Transfer the grape salad to a serving dish.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts on top if desired.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle a light layer of brown sugar over the nuts for added sweetness and texture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld and the salad to chill.

Notes

For added crunch and flavor, try toasting the pecans before adding them. This salad pairs wonderfully with grilled chicken or as a light dessert.
