Chicken Ramen Stir-Fry Display

This quick and easy Chicken Ramen Stir-Fry is a flavorful weeknight meal. Tender chicken and crisp vegetables are tossed with ramen noodles in a savory sauce for a satisfying and customizable dish.

  • 2 packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until slightly tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and green onions to the skillet and cook for 1 minute more.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  7. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
  8. Add cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha. You can also customize the vegetables to your liking.
