  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, chopped jalapeños, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat thoroughly.
