Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wrap Display

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick and easy weeknight meal! Tender chicken, garlic, and melted cheese are all wrapped up in a warm tortilla for a satisfying and flavorful bite.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Lay out tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  5. Sprinkle each tortilla with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll them up tightly.
  7. Place the wraps seam-side down in a baking dish.
  8. Brush the tops of the wraps with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tortillas are golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of sour cream or salsa for dipping.
