Cheesy Corn Ribs

Cheesy Corn Ribs are a deliciously crispy and cheesy twist on classic corn, perfect as a snack or appetizer with a savory flavor everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, cut into 3 ribs each
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each ear of corn into 3 long ribs by slicing lengthwise carefully.
  3. Brush each rib with melted butter on all sides.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the corn ribs.
  5. Place the corn ribs on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the baking sheet and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over each rib.
  7. Return the corn ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix or serve with a side of chipotle mayo for dipping.
