Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball

This Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball is the perfect appetizer for any party! It’s easy to make, full of flavor, and always a crowd-pleaser.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts, for coating

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, bacon, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  5. Optional: Roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans or walnuts.
  6. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pretzels.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
